The Minnesota State Fair and Minnesota 4-H are raising funds to renovate and re-imagine the State Fair 4-H Building. We invite you to join us in creating a space that can inspire and empower our state’s future leaders!
Each summer, 5,000 4-H youth bring their projects, animals, and dreams to share with fair guests at the Minnesota State Fair. At the center of their State Fair experience is the 4-H Building, one of the most recognizable structures on the fairgrounds. Built by the WPA, the building is largely unchanged since the Great Depression and needs significant renovation.
With this fundraising campaign, we will preserve an iconic part of our historic fairgrounds and making sure it continues to serve Minnesota’s youth and fair guests for generations.
Check out renderings of the renovated building and watch our campaign video! Gifts of $1,000 or more will be recognized on donor signage inside of the renovated 4-H Building. For more information on donor recognition opportunities, pledges, or planned gifts for the campaign, contact the Minnesota State Fair Foundation at info@msffoundation.org.
The 4-H Building Campaign is a joint fundraising initiative of the Minnesota State Fair Foundation and the University of Minnesota Foundation. Donors may direct their gift to either organization.
