Built by the Works Progress Administration in 1939 and largely unchanged for more than 85 years, the 4-H Building holds generations of memories for Minnesotans while still serving thousands of youth each year. Following the launch of our fundraising campaign to renovate and reimagine this iconic space, we invite Foundation Grand Champions to experience the building as its transformation begins.
Join Minnesota 4-H’s Director of Fairs Amber Greeley and Foundation Executive Director Mary Chung to learn about what goes on in the building, the plans we have for renovation, and campaign updates. You’ll also have rare access to areas not typically open to the public, including the second-floor cafeteria and third-floor dormitories that house up to 700 4-H youth each night during the Fair.
Refreshments and appetizers will be served.
