Kay Cady, Executive Director
Kay came to the Minnesota State Fair Foundation in May 2004. She has over 25 years of experience in nonprofit leadership in Minnesota at Augsburg College, Courage Center and most recently as Vice President for Goodwill/Easter Seals Minnesota. She brings expertise in nonprofit management, development, public relations, marketing and volunteer management. At Goodwill, she successfully completed a $15 million capital project that included a Kresge Challenge Grant.
Kay is from South Dakota where she graduated from the University of South Dakota and started her career as a newspaper reporter at the Sioux Falls Argus-Leader. Raised in central South Dakota, Kay's family members farmed for several generations and she participated in the 4-H programs, giving her an excellent fit for State Fair Foundation leadership.

Mary Chung, Annual Giving Manager
Mary is a White Bear High School and University of Minnesota graduate (2002) in marketing and business administration. Mary oversees the annual fund, special events, and volunteers for the State Fair Foundation. Before coming to the State Fair Foundation, Mary served as a volunteer in the Peace Corps in Panama.

Ana Heath, Special Projects Administrator
Ana is a La Crosse Central High School and Macalester College graduate (2007) in English and International Studies. Ana oversees administration, marketing, publications and public relations for the State Fair Foundation. Prior to joining the Foundation team, Ana worked in the State Fair marketing department.
