Volunteer
Hundreds of volunteers promote the Foundation mission, primarily during the summer months and at the Minnesota State Fair. Groups and individuals bring a variety of skills and expertise – everything from helping with mailings, to rolling posters, to staffing information and sales kiosks during the Great Minnesota Get Together.
Last year, Foundation volunteers contributed over 2,300 hours of their time to support our mission. We have a great group of volunteers already in place but are looking for more people to assist during the State Fair with sales of the Blue Ribbon Bargain Books at kiosks around the fairgrounds.

 State Fair Story"We all have our State Fair story and how beloved our fair is to us. My story is much like everyone else's...the animals, the people, the food, the music, the competition.
