Friends of the Fair is the Foundation's membership giving program. Gift levels range from $25 to $2,500. In return for investing in the preservation and improvement of the State Fair, Friends are rewarded with opportunities to enjoy a variety of benefits that make the State Fair experience even more memorable.

The annual deadline to receive benefits is August 1st. After this date, benefits are for the next year's State Fair.

All 2012 Friends of the Fair receive:

• Friend of the Fair ribbon
  
• State Fair annual pin
• Blue Ribbon Bargain Book (filled with over $500 in savings!)
• An invitation to donor receptions at the J.V. Bailey House
• Discount at State FairWear Shops on the fairgrounds
• Annual recognition at the J.V. Bailey House

2012 membership levels and additional benefits are as follows:

Green Ribbon – $25

Yellow Ribbon – $50

• Two State Fair parking/admission tickets

Red Ribbon – $100

• Three State Fair parking/admission tickets
• Pre-sale access to any one Grandstand show (up to four tickets)**

Blue Ribbon – $250

• Four State Fair parking/admission tickets
• Pre-sale access to any four Grandstand shows (up to four tickets per show)**
• Personalized recognition brick on the fairgrounds*

Purple Ribbon – $1,000

• Five State Fair parking/ admission tickets
• Pre-sale access to all Grandstand shows (up to four tickets per show)**
• Personalized recognition brick on the fairgrounds*

Silver Ribbon – $1,500

• Six State Fair parking/admission tickets
• Pre-sale access to all Grandstand shows (up to four tickets per show)**
• Personalized recognition bench on the fairgrounds*

Gold Ribbon – $2,500

• Six State Fair parking/admission tickets
• Pre-sale access to all Grandstand shows (up to four tickets per show)**
• Personalized recognition table on the fairgrounds*

**Grandstand benefits for memberships at the $100 level and above are automatically applied to the 2012 Grandstand Series.

*To allow for custom manufacturing, the deadline for placement at this year's fair is July 1 for benches and tables and August 1 for bricks.
